I have always wanted to live abroad for a long period of time since I was a child. I had my first opportunity when I was only 15 years old but it didn't happen because the exchange program was so expensive, mostly for under age students. So I had to delay my dream. The second opportunity was an exchange program for young Jewish people who wanted to live in Israel during one year. That idea was so exciting, but I had just started my studies and if I were to have done this program I would have lost my place at the university. So I had to delay my plans one last time. At the beginning of this year, I was without a job and a little bit unsatisfied with my studies, then I decided that it was the right moment to do an exchange program.
